Passwords

9. Certain portions of the Site may require a password. Exclusion of Liability

Governing Law

17. These Terms, your rights and obligations, and all actions contemplated herein shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. The parties agree that the courts of England shall be the exclusive forum for any dispute arising out of these Terms and the parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

Additional Terms
