About Eunice

Eunice is a monitoring, diligence and compliance platform for institutional investors in private markets and digital assets. Allocators managing trillions use Eunice for portfolio monitoring and due diligence with every output traced back to its source.

We have 50+ clients across the US, Europe and Asia, and we work directly with regulators too. We have raised $8m from Moonfire Ventures, Speedinvest and Sequoia Scout, and we were named to the Fintech 50 and the Sifted 100 fastest-growing startups in the UK and Ireland.

We are a close-knit team based near St Paul's in London. Both our co-founders previously founded technology startups (2X and 3X) and have some great war stories to share.

The Role

We are looking for an ODD specialist who wants to help build how operational due diligence gets done with AI. You will work on live ODD engagements with institutional allocators, reviewing GP and manager responses, checking them against source documents, and helping shape the frameworks our platform runs on. You will learn fast, because you will sit next to clients, product and engineering every day.

This role suits two profiles: someone who has done ODD as an allocator, consultant or fund administrator, or a trainee or junior lawyer (funds, investment management or corporate) who has worked on fund documentation or diligence and wants to move closer to the business.

What You Will Do

  • Run factual ODD reviews on private markets managers and funds, working from data rooms, DDQs and fund documents
  • Check every answer against its source: LPAs, PPMs, side letters, policies, audited accounts, service provider agreements
  • Flag gaps, inconsistencies and red flags, and write them up clearly for clients
  • Help design and maintain ODD question templates and frameworks for different asset classes and client types
  • Work with clients' ODD teams during pilots and onboarding, and handle the back-and-forth with GPs when answers are missing or unclear
  • Feed what you learn into the product: tell engineering where outputs are wrong and why, and help test new features
  • Keep up with regulatory and industry standards relevant to ODD (ILPA, AIMA, FCA, SEC)

What We Are Looking For

  • 2-5 years in ODD, fund operations, fund administration, or funds/corporate legal work with real exposure to fund documents and diligence
  • You can read an LPA or PPM and know what matters: fees, governance, key person, valuation, conflicts, service providers
  • Precise and evidence-led: you check the source rather than assume
  • Clear, concise writing
  • Curious about why things went wrong, and willing to dig until you find out
  • Comfortable with ambiguity in a small, fast team
  • Genuinely interested in how AI changes diligence work

Nice to Have

  • Law degree or LPC/SQE, or progress towards CAIA, CFA or IMC
  • Experience with ODD frameworks at a pension fund, insurer, fund of funds or consultant
