What We're Building
AI in finance has reached an inflection point. Models can analyse markets with superhuman speed—but they stop short of taking responsibility. We're building the company that closes that gap.
Eunice is a vertical AI platform for alternative assets. We started with digital assets (working with Coinbase, Crypto.com, Copper.co) and are now expanding into private markets. We don't just deliver analysis - we deliver decisions institutions can defend: traceable, evidence-backed, accountable.
Backed by $8M from Moonfire, Speedinvest, Openspace Capital, and Locus Ventures. Named to Sifted's 2026 Top 100 fastest-growing UK startups.
In five years, every financial institution will run on agents that don't just analyse, but act with accountability. If that excites you, come build it with us.
The Role
You'll tune how our AI systems produce legal and regulatory content - ensuring outputs meet compliance standards without slowing down product development. This is 70% legal review and validation, 30% working with engineers to improve system behavior.
What You'll Do:
Review and validate AI-generated legal content (disclosures, terms, compliance documentation) for accuracy and regulatory adherence
Tune prompts and system instructions to improve legal output quality - no coding required, but you'll work directly with engineers to translate legal requirements into system behavior
Ensure our documentation meets regulatory standards across crypto/digital assets (disclosure requirements, AML/KYC frameworks, securities considerations, privacy policies)
Provide occasional client-facing regulatory support when questions arise
Collaborate daily with our team on compliance strategy and product decisions
Reporting: Chief of Staff
What We're Looking For
Required:
2-5 years in compliance, regulatory affairs, legal operations, or policy - ideally in fintech, crypto, or regulated tech
Hands-on digital assets experience: you understand the regulatory landscape from actually working in it
Exceptional attention to detail - you catch inconsistencies, gaps, and ambiguities that others miss
Strong written communication: you can explain complex regulations clearly to both technical and business audiences
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration - you find practical solutions, not just identify problems
Bonus Points:
Experience working with AI/LLM tools (even just tuning ChatGPT for work tasks)
Paralegal background or formal legal training (not required)
Multi-jurisdictional knowledge
Not Required:
Coding or technical background
Prior "Legal Engineer" title (we know this role is new)
Why This Role Matters
Most legal roles in tech are reactive: review contracts, flag risks, slow things down. This role is generative: you'll directly shape how AI systems produce compliant content at scale.
You'll have real influence over product direction, expansion strategy, and how we navigate regulatory challenges as we grow. If you want exposure to fast-moving startup growth while building deep expertise in AI + regulation, this is it.
Why Join Now?
Real traction, real customers: Coinbase, Crypto.com, Copper.co, FalconX already trust us with production workflows
