The Role
We're hiring a Crypto Data Analyst to build the data infrastructure and analytical frameworks that power Eunice's digital asset intelligence.
You'll report directly to our CTO and sit at the intersection of data engineering, quantitative research, and product. Your mission: translate raw blockchain data into actionable signals and metrics that institutions trust enough to act on.
This is a high-ownership, data-intensive role. You'll design the pipelines, build the dashboards, and develop the quantitative models that feed our AI - ensuring every metric is accurate, every signal is backtested, and every data point is defensible.
If you want someone to hand you a Tableau template and tell you which charts to make, you won't like it here. If you want the opposite - the autonomy to architect data systems from scratch, direct influence on product features, and a straight line between the query you write this week and the insights institutions rely on next week - this is as good as it gets.
What You'll Do
Data Infrastructure & Pipeline Development
Build and maintain robust data pipelines pulling from on-chain sources (Allium, Dune Analytics, node APIs, indexers) and off-chain data (exchanges, market data providers, regulatory feeds).
Design scalable data models and schemas optimized for crypto asset analysis - covering tokenomics, on-chain activity, market microstructure, and compliance signals.
Ensure data quality, freshness, and reliability - you own the truth layer that everything else depends on.
Quantitative Analysis & Signal Development
Develop meaningful metrics and quantitative signals from blockchain data.
Write efficient SQL/Python queries to capture on-chain events.
Run rigorous backtesting on all signals and models directly on our AI and data platform.
Analytics & Visualization
Ability to build dashboards and analytical tools that surface insights clearly for both internal teams (product, engineering, research) and external stakeholders (clients, prospects) - we use Hex.
Translate technical metrics into business-relevant insights - what does a 30% drop in active addresses actually mean?
Collaboration with Engineering Teams
Work closely with our tech team to ensure data feeds are structured correctly for model training and agent decision-making.
Partner with research to validate on-chain signals against real-world asset behavior and market events.
Challenge assumptions - when the AI produces an output, you're the person who checks if the underlying data story holds up.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have
Strong crypto data experience - proven track record building analytics, dashboards, or metrics on Dune Analytics, Flipside, Nansen, or similar platforms. You know your way around blockchain explorers, indexers, and on-chain data APIs.
Technical proficiency - excellent SQL skills and ideally Python for data analysis. Bonus: experience with data pipeline tools or working with blockchain nodes/APIs directly.
Quantitative mindset - you understand statistical methods, backtesting rigor, and the difference between correlation and causation. You don't ship a metric until you've stress-tested it.
Crypto fluency - you genuinely understand how blockchains work, what on-chain data means, and how crypto markets behave. You've spent time in the ecosystem, not just read about it.
Ownership mentality - you treat the data as yours. If there's a bug, an inconsistency, or a missing piece, you fix it - you don't wait for someone to tell you.
Quality obsession - in a world where AI makes "good enough" easy, you're the person who insists that the data layer must be bulletproof.
Clear communication - you can explain your methodology, defend your assumptions, and present findings to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have: building data systems in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
